Description
This Soviet GP-5 gas mask used the helmet design, but had a shorter inlet/outlet assembly when compared to the military types. The GP-5 was made in both gray and black rubber and was carried in a small green cloth bag. The face piece was used for several industrial protective masks as well as for civilian defense. It comes with a standard 40mm filter. It has air passages in mask to prevent foggy lenses. This mask fits most with it's elasticity full head coverage. Includes a small gas mask carrier that can be worn on the shoulder or that can be hooked on a belt with it's small loop holes on the back.
