Extremely rare collector's item, 100% original, great condition - WWII U.S. Military D-Day waterproof gas mask bag - Model M7. The M7 carrying bag is black rubberized material (neoprene-covered canvas) with a roll-over top closure - held closed by four snap fasteners to keep it waterproof. The bag can be seen in photographs (photographs not included) of infantry wading ashore on D-day and paratroops emplaning for D-day. It could be strapped on the hip, chest or thigh.
