Description
Dated 1918, This Corrected English Model (C.E.M.) gas mask set is a true World War I (WWI) collectible militaria find! It comes with the original instruction book with a field repair kit. It also includes the original can of anti fogging cream. The soldiers name is on the back of the bag and the inside flap is dated 1918. Its a real nice piece World War I history. The C.E.M. gas mask was developed in an attempt to fix many of the problems with earlier box respirator designs. Several different developments were made over the years while the C.E.M. masks were in production, and before the end of W.W.I, nearly 2 million C.E.M. masks were produced but very few remain today.
