Description
In the 1980s the Bulgarian Army put into service the PDE-1 gas mask, which they modeled after the very popular and functional US Military M17 respirator. The PDE1 is still used in the Bulgarian army. This unissued Bulgarian Army Issue PDE-1 Gas Mask and Filter is also very similar to the Czech M10 gasmask and the Polish MP-4, with the main disparity being the color of the rubber facepiece.
